OK DUDES.. I figured that if there's no incentive to come, you lads just won't budge. So guess what? I'm gonna start sharing notes with you guys. So that we can all learn together. I'll probably get different people to do different chapters so that we can revise for the dreaded but inevitable common test. Deal?
So I've done a summary sheet for phenols and you can have it. Since it's in the public domain, others will get them too.. Any suggestion how to privatise our goodies but still make it available to the whole class?
Meaning, even if we can't come to the blog.. it's ok. But we can still bond by mugging together as a class. I'm gonna try this. =D

Anyways, for the Cho Kwan House photographs, I have them, but got no scanner though... anybody with one?

Next issue: Holiday chalet? Time, Date, Location? When finalised, it'll have to be posted here.

CIP: Hmm please be a bit more careful for the communications chain. Apparently Rusana just found out yesterday she was a group leader, as she was absent on the day that we discussed it. Also, can we decide if we want American or Queen's English spelling for the whole thing? It seems like the current one is a hybrid of sorts; if want American EL then use the onboard systems; if want Queen's EL please state on the tagboard or something and I'll post some instructions on how to type (and use Microsoft Word) in UK English. So... as for the choice part, let's vote on the tagboard on the left I suppose.

OP-Over Celebrations: Want to post how you celebrated the end of official Year 1? I suppose it'd fuel the blog for a few more posts at least.

Final issues: If you're posting please state who you are at the end of the post, like Xiao Qi did on the previous post, so we know who you are.

Common tests are approaching!

Tomorrow's the last day of school... the common test will be here in slightly over a month. I was thinking of getting the people who are strong in each subject to help those who want help in the subjects; that way we can raise the averages and individual subject marks of 06S24. Let's see if we can't beat the IP people...

I'll put a list below here of those who are available to help out in each subject. If you are interested in helping out, please edit this post and include your name, or tag on the tagboard. Those who want help should then contact the people on the list. Project work is not on the list for obvious reasons, and subjects with too few people taking will not be included either.

Hey! Everyone did great for funtasia! I wanna thank all of you for making funtasia a success! Thank you for all the blood, sweat and tears all the way from planning to fund raising to the actual day. But I still loved fund raising ^_^ and guess who had the higest points scored? IT'S THE WESTERN STALL UNCLE!! I don't know how he did it but he played HOOP IT and got 1200 points! (just keep getting that bottle worth hundred points) Sigh, too bad he didn't get the big bear!
Oh we earned..$677 but that's ok..all the money goes to the school anyway *shrugs. Ok! Now focus on your studies and prove to everyone that S24 ROCKS! =D

Tickets are $8. Please come if you can make it! FIVE of your classmates will be performing! That's right. Jack, Jasmine, Xinhui, Qing Yun and Janice are going to be performing!

As an added 'incentive' to come, all of us with the exception of Qing Yun will be performing in a special item. Jasmine will be playing the FLUTE, Xinhui the PIANO. Ahem.. and Jack and I will be ahem.. ACTING.. ahem ahem.. (we were sabo-ed of course)

My comments about this site: Mm... Can change the background picture to something less complicated (also can add class photo, class logo etc) Music, lets use something more lively can? Hahax. Where's the music?? then hor..I know I'm being sick again la.
